Bio
The most important focus in my practice is creating a safe space for you. Your safe space will include no judgment and a collaborative environment which will help you develop different coping mechanisms to respond to life challenges. My goal is to help every individual and/or family through guidance, empathy and genuine compassion. I’m passionate about working with children, teenagers and adults to address issues such as emotional regulation, trauma, self-esteem issues, intergenerational conflicts, and family conflicts. I am here to support you in breaking down emotional barriers, building personal strengths, discovering new coping skills and creating healthy relationships.
I provide services for people struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, anger management, behavioral issues, Bipolar Disorder, relationship concerns, LGBTQ+ issues, cultural stressors, trauma, and PTSD. I provide telehealth and in-person services. I speak Spanish fluently and have experience working with families struggling to adapt to a different country. My therapy approaches include trauma-informed, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Strength-based, person-centered, motivational interviewing, and play therapy.
My dedication and commitment to serving others come from the love of social work. I hope to meet you soon and join you on your life journey.
