Dr. Sujith Zachariah has many years of experience in sales, leadership, and management. He has worked in different roles and capacities throughout his career and has provided leadership, guidance, and support to numerous staff to help them achieve their goals. By implementing key communication and operational strategies, he was able to meet institutional goals at his previous places of employment.

Dr. Zachariah received his undergraduate degree in Microbiology from University of Oklahoma, Master’s degree in Business Administration from Baker College, and a Doctor of Education degree in Higher Education Leadership and Organizational Change from Benedictine University.

For the last 15 years, Dr. Zachariah has been working in higher education. He started his college career working in admissions at Harrington College of Design. Afterwards, he worked at Resurrection University and oversaw the admission process for nursing students. There, he served on the admission committee and guided students with their application for admission. From there, he became the Director of Admissions and afterwards the Associate Dean of Enrollment Services at Triton College.

Dr. Zachariah oversaw different departments throughout his career at Triton College that included Admissions, Records, Outreach, Registration, Orientation, and Testing. He was also responsible for the Allied Health Admissions process and served on healthcare admission committees. Dr. Zachariah taught business courses at Triton College as adjunct faculty for several years that included Intro to Business, Marketing, Management, and Customer Service. During this time, he served on numerous committees, taskforces, and led several initiatives to promote student success.
